Trial Flights for the Disabled

During 2006 we gave almost 100 disabled non BDFA members the opportunity to taste the freedom of flight for themselves.

Like most charities we have very limited funds, and of course flying can be an expensive hobby. However, these experience flights form a big part of our mission "to provide aviation opportunities in aviation for disabled people", and we will continue to provide these experience flights so long as funds allow.

During 2007 we intend to expand our program of experience flights. We are offering:-
A flight in our Cherokee trainer or Bulldog (RAF trainer), depending on access constraints at Lasham (Basingstoke) or Tatenhill (Derby) ONLY for £40 for 45 minutes per person.

A flight in the Cherokee at our other friendly airfields in the UK for £70.00 for 45 minutes FOR A MINIMUM OF FOUR PEOPLE AT A TIME which would include the ferry flights and instructor's time etc.

If a group or organisation got together at their local airfield and were prepared to pay a minimum of £280.00 we could bring the aircraft to them and fly as many people as was possible.

If you our your organisation would like to take advantage of this unique & exciting opportunity please complete the enquiry form below & we will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time.
